Stretch Before You Begin to Golf
If you are preparing to go out and golf, take some time to stretch before you tee off in the game. It is important that you spend a few minutes stretching your arms, legs, and back. If you do not stretch, you run the risk of pulling a muscle if you turn too quickly or if you overextend your arm as you are hitting the golf ball with your club.
Your stretching routine does not have to be elaborate or complex and a few simple stretches will suffice. One fun way to incorporate stretching into your game is to do it with your fellow friends. You and your friends can take turns counting.
Use the Right Equipment
When you purchased your golf clubs, did you have them measured in conjunction with your size? Unfortunately, if you did not, you may be setting yourself up for a serious injury.
